March 2021 marked my anniversary of working three years full time. I've worked hard and I've been successful in some parts of my job. I believe this would not have been possible without the many people who have helped me along the way. They provided guidance, coaching and feedback, but also a sense of what's normal and what I should expect of myself and others. This enabled my success.
I want to play a more active role for others in similar positions, specifically women (cis and trans) and non-binary individuals with free ~45 minute coaching and/or advice calls.
Some things I can possibly help with:
Are you:
Graduating soon or just starting a job?
Working in tech / cyber security or consulting or thinking of a career switch to one of these fields?
Working in an environment that is (culturally) dominated by men?
Are you thinking about:
Trying to find out what success looks like for you?
How to make the organisation you're part of more inclusive?
How to set boundaries in a healthy way?
Develop your own personal leadership style?
What your mid- to long term career looks like?
Something completely else?
I don't have all the answers (and I'm definitely not a certified coach), but as Somebody Who Has Been There (working full time for a few years in a consulting role, meaning I've worked in different types of organisations with all different kinds of people). I've also worked abroad in various countries (Europe and Asia) and multicultural teams. I've been closely involved with starting conversations about diversity and inclusion and creating urgency for these topics. More importantly, I am happy to listen, validate and give advice where needed. I do this because I find this important, so my advice is free of charge. I'm also happy to review your CV or prep important interviews or meetings with you.
